Biography

She arrived from afar, where for more than ten years she studied the sea gulls ways of thinking and concluded:

“It’s really beautiful !!!”

This methode of search then allowed her to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts at the University of Nice.

Attracted by risk and glitter, she joined the universe of the circus. She traveled the world (Cannes, Geneva, Brussels), integreting rich and varied training (circus,clown,dance,singing); Piste d’Azur, Theater Cirqule, Ecole Supèrieure des Arts du Cirque de Brussels (ESAC). She specialized in the Aerial Rope. She joined several companies as a singer and circus artist (Aerial rope, trapeze, flying rope and aerial hoop)

After this emotional journey, some close friends led her to Michel Dallaire, who then began to teach her the art of being Clown.

Beside Laura Franco (pianiste-clown), she created;

The Visit around the Spy Hole;”Kitchen Pollar”

The stuntwomen of the possible; musical and clown cabaret

Then some Solo with the personage Divine Paloma; the English Diva.

From 2010, she was caught by the Soeurs Pilleres to travel the German Theater Varietes, GOP and Palazzo Colombino. And decide in 2015, finely to live in Germany; Berlin.

She has worked with many interesting directors including Stefan Warmuth, Lutz Weber,

Ulrich Thon, Detlef Winterberg and Alessandro Di Sazio. Collaborating with Markus Pabst

she performed as red thread for “WET the Show”. She performed extensively with her solo

comedy acts and also worked as a moderator for Palazzo Colombino, GOP, Café Hahn and

many other high profile shows.

In 2019, she created and performed in the Berlin-based productions “Fly me!” (aerial hoop,

singing comedy) and “Feeling” (singing and clowning), both directed by Frederic Blin, famous

clown of the French company Les Chiche Capon.

During the pandemic period, she discovered two new passions: directing and astrology.

From 2020, she has worked as an external viewer, director and scenographer for circus

productions in Berlin and in France. This work has given her the chance to collaborate with

talented artists.

In 2021 she participated as a co-researcher in ‘How to Grow a Seed of Movement’ by

Carmen Raffaela Küster. This research was funded by the Senatsverwaltung Kultur und

Europa. In the same year Leela was also awarded the grant GVL-Neustart Kultur which

allowed her to create a new piece: the circus show “Vénus Rétrograde”, using her recent

astrology studies in an eclectic circus conference.

In 2022, she began directing Anna Ehrenreich in her aerial solo piece “Back stage” and Marleijn Spekje for her circus creation « fräu » presented in Universitäd der Künst. In “LabO” by Collectif 4237 from Montréal, she performed aerial rope as well as in a video creation of the filmmaker Louis Vignat.
She was glad to play my new piece, Ukulele on Trapeze, in various venues. And after the summer exibition ‘ Sphere of influence’, she performed for Isaac Chong Wai’s creation « Die Mutter « , from september, in a new collaboration with IFA Gallery, during the Berlin Art Week.

She was supported by ‘Fonds Daku’ for her research “Old Circus Girls”. (2022-2023)

She create in 2023, help by ESACTO LIDO Toulouse, formalisation de Projet, a short version of “Vénus Rétrograde” aerial singing comedy. In 2024, a full-length version is planned, under the watchful eye of the director Christian Coumin.

Today, she walks in a city, wear size 36 high heels,

and her desire follow the curves of the beautiful rollers coaster of life.

Elle arrive directement de loin, où elle a étudié pendant plus de dix ans le vol des mouettes et conclu : « c’est joli ». Cet esprit de recherche lui permet peu après d’obtenir une Licence Arts du Spectacle à l’Université de Nice.
Attirée par le Risque et les Paillettes, elle rejoint l’univers du cirque.
Elle parcourt le Monde (Cannes, Genève et Bruxelles), intégrant des formations riches et
variées (Cirque, clown, danse, chant); Piste d’Azur, Théâtre Circule, puis à l’École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque de Bruxelles (ESAC) elle se spécialise en Corde lisse.

Elle intègre plusieurs compagnies en tant que chanteuse et artiste de cirque (corde lisse).

Suite à des envolées fantaisistes et émotives, des proches la mènent jusqu’à Michel Dallaire qui lui enseigne le Clown.

Aux côtés de Laura Franco (pianiste-clown), elle crée :

La visite autour de l’œil de bœuf; «kitchen pollar »

Les cascadeuses du possible ; Cabaret musical et clownesque.

Puis un solo , Divine Paloma.

A partir de 2010, elle est attapée par les Soeurs Pilleres pour parcourir les variétés Allemand, des Gop et Palazzo Colombino.

En 2015, Divine Paloma arrive sur les scènes d’Allemagne !!!

Ce déménagement l’a conduite à de nouvelles expériences et collaborations !

Elle a notamment avec Stefan Warmuth, puis Markus Pabst

pour le fils rouge de ” WET the Show ” au Gop de Munich.

Avec Detlef Winterberg, elle crée un numéro de chant comique aérien : ” Fly Me !

comédie aérienne ; Qu’elle présente en 2016 dans une Winter Variété ” Burlesque ” pour le Café Hahn.

Elle joue dans différentes productions à Berlin et dans des Streets Show avec ses nouvelles pièces : une nouvelle version de “Fly me !” et “Feeling”( chant et clown) , toutes deux mises en scène par Fred Blin .

Elle aide en tant que regard extérieur, mise en scène ou scénographie pour certaines productions à Berlin ;

“Back Stage” // Anna Ehrenreich 2022 et Marleijn Spekje pour sa création circassienne ” fräu ” présentée à l’Universitäd der Künst. Dans ” LabO ” du Collectif 4237 de Montréal, elle a fait de la corde aérienne ainsi que dans une création vidéo du cinéaste Louis Vignat. Elle a été heureuse de jouer ma nouvelle pièce, Ukulele on Trapeze, dans divers lieux. Et après l’exposition d’été ‘Sphere of Influence’, elle a joué pour la création d’Isaac Chong Wai ” Die Mutter “, à partir de septembre, dans une nouvelle collaboration avec l’ Ifa galerie durant la Berlin Art Week.

Elle est soutenue par le Fonds Daku pour sa recherche “Les vieilles filles du cirque”

Elle crée en 2023, avec l’aide de l’ESACTO LIDO Toulouse, formalisation de Projet, une version courte de “Vénus Rétrograde” comédie chantée aérienne. En 2024, une version longue est prévue, sous l’œil attentif du metteur en scène Christian Coumin.

Aujourd’hui elle marche dans une ville, porte des talons haut du 36,

et ses envies suivent les courbes des belles montagnes de Russie..
